Job Details

• Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Oversee accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, assist with tax filings, and coordinate audits.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives
• Ensuretimely tax filings (corporate tax, VAT, PAYE, and other statutory deductions).
• Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities to resolve any compliance issues.
• Implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize financial operations.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum [5+] years of accounting experience, with at least [2+] years in a senior role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
