Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design process for complex construction projects.
• Collaborate with clients to establish project requirements and expectations.
• Create and present design concepts and plans to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
• Supervise and mentor junior architects and design teams throughout the project.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project feasibility.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to inform design decisions and modifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Relevant years of experience in architectural design within the construction industry.
• Strong proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, .
• Comprehensive knowledge of building codes and construction standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client and team interactions.
• A valid architecture license and certifications are desired.
