Responsibilities:
We are seeking a results driven Marketing UX/UI to lead the design, optimization, and performance of our digital marketing experiences. This role blends creative design with analytical rigor to ensure every digital touchpoint -from websites and landing pages to email templates and campaign assets- drives user engagement, conversion and satisfaction.UX/UI Design Leadership- Design and optimize user-centered experiences for marketing assets including websites, landing pages, campaign flows, and microsites
- Ensure consistency in visual design and brand standards across digital platforms
- Collaborate with content, development, and channel teams to bring designs to life in various martech platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe, CMS systems)
- Lead A/B and multivariate testing strategies for pages and campaigns to improve key performance metrics (CTR, CVR, time on site, etc.)
- User behavioral analytics tools such as heat maps, click tracking, and scroll depth tools (e.g., Hotjar, Crazy Egg, or Microsoft clarity) to gain insights and guide design decisions.
- Identify friction points in user journeys and recommend UX enhancements to improve engagement and outcomes
- Partner with digital analytics, marketing operations, and performance marketing teams to interpret user data and campaign results
- Translate findings into actionable design updates that enhance usability and increase campaign performance
- Establish UX benchmarks and monitor performance over time to drive continuous improvement
- Partner with marketing, product, and IT teams to ensure digital design supports broader business goals
- Present concepts and test results to stakeholders to influence digital strategy and prioritization
- Work with external agencies and internal creative teams when needed to scale efforts
- May support/coach team members
- Keep up-to-date on digital technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
- Five years of experience in the digital space
- Proficient knowledge of user centered design and digital technologies relevant to assigned focus area
- Excellent written, oral and presentation skills to engage and influence partners and stakeholders
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
