What Youβll Do:
- Audit and refine our existing API documentation
- Write clear, structured, and intuitive guides, references, and use cases
- Collaborate with engineers to deeply understand API behavior and use
- Bring best-in-class API design knowledge to inform documentation structure
- Help design and implement a sustainable information architecture for our docs
- Ensure consistency, tone, and ease-of-use across our dev documentation
What Weβre Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing for APIs or developer tools
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design, versioning, and authentication patterns
- Hands-on experience working with OpenAPI/Swagger, Postman, and Git-based workflows
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clean, readable documentation
- Experience working with engineering/product teams in fast-paced environments
- Bonus: experience in fintech, crypto, or payments APIs
