About Role

• We seek an experienced Shawarma Chef to prepare, cook, and serve authentic shawarma.
• You’ll marinate meats, operate rotisserie grills, and assemble wraps and plates with precision. Proven expertise, teamwork skills, and creativity in crafting fresh, flavorful recipes are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and marinate meats using traditional shawarma recipes.
• Operate and maintain vertical rotisserie grills for consistent cooking.
• Slice and assemble shawarma wraps, plates, and accompaniments.
• Ensure portion control and presentation meet company standards.
• Keep the kitchen and workstation clean and compliant with hygiene regulations.
• Monitor ingredient levels and report shortages to management.
• Work efficiently during peak service hours while maintaining quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Shawarma Chef or similar role.
• Knowledge of meat preparation, marination techniques, and grilling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
