Job Description/Responsibilities

• Verify the accuracy of survey data including measurement and calculation conducted at survey sites.
• Direct or conduct surveys in order to establish legal boundaries for properties based on legal deeds and titles.
• Write descriptions of property boundary surveys for use in deeds, leases and legal documents.
• Search legal records, survey records and land titles in order to obtain information about property boundaries in areas to be surveyed.
• Coordinate findings with the work of engineering and architectural personnel, clients and other concerned with projects.
• Scout for land at designated locations.

Requirements

• The candidate must have a background knowledge of law.
• Candidate must be between 25 – 30 years of age.
• Candidate must be willing to travel
• Male candidates only.
