Role Summary
- The Talent Management Specialist will play a key role in driving our talent agenda by managing the full spectrum of talent management processes, from recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, to career development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to identify talent needs and design strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
- Drive recruitment and selection processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and culture.
- Oversee onboarding and integration of new hires to ensure smooth transitions and engagement.
- Manage employee performance management cycles and support in goal setting, performance reviews, and career development plans.
- Support learning and development initiatives, including training needs analysis and implementation of programs that enhance employee skills and leadership capacity.
- Develop and implement talent pipelines and succession planning frameworks.
- Monitor workforce analytics and provide insights to guide HR and business decisions.
- Champion employee engagement and initiatives that promote a positive organizational culture.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and best practices in talent management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (a Masterโs or professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD is an added advantage).
- 3โ6 years of progressive experience in human resources, with a strong focus on talent management, recruitment, or organizational development is a MUST.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High level of initiative, creativity, and adaptability.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
