🔔 HIRING: Technical Assistants at Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry – NG

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing floor plans and site layouts for the Lagos International Trade Fair.
• Provide administrative support, including minute-taking and report writing.
• Support the Building and Operations Committees with secretarial duties.
• Participate in site operations such as space allocation and demarcation.
• Supervise electrical, civil, and related technical works during the Fair.
• Conduct measurements, develop project briefs, scopes, and technical specifications.
• Perform price surveys and prepare cost estimates.

Qualifications & Experience

• B.Sc., B.Tech, or HND in Architecture, Building, Civil/Electrical Engineering, or Estate Management.
• Minimum of 8 years post-NYSC professional experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit/ArchiCAD and Microsoft Office Suite (mandatory).
• Highly organized with strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented, thorough, and able to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of facilities management will be an added advantage.
