  • Must possess a minimum of 5 credits, including Mathematics and English, in not more than 2 sittings in WAEC/NECO/GCE/NABTEB/NBAIS.
  • Must have NBAIS or NCE/Diploma Certificates from any recognised training institution in Nigeria in any of the following disciplines.


Requirements

  • Must have ND Certificates (at least lower credit) from any recognised training institution in Nigeria in any of the following disciplines:
    • Survey and Geo Informatics
    • Quantity Surveyor
    • Estate Management Technology
    • Town Planner
    • Building Technology
    • Civil Engineer
    • Draughtsman
    • Trade Test Certificate in any of the following trades:
    • Domestic Electrician
    • Plumbing
    • Aluminum Fabricator
    • POP Installation
    • Masonry
    • (Refrigeration and Air Condition
    • Carpenter
    • Painting
    • Welding
  • Must possess a minimum of 5 credits, including Mathematics and English, in not more than 2 sittings in WAEC/NECO/GCE/NABTEB/NBAIS.
  • Applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 27 years at the time of application.
