For our trusted partner, we are looking to hire: Specialist TRZ

Location: Central part, Sofia

Main Duties:

– Implementation of comprehensive TPZ service – contracts, sick leave, vacations, wages and others
– Working with Omega Soft’s Omex specialized software
– Compliance with labor legislation and internal procedures
– Communication with institutions and controls on TRZ issues

• Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years
• Knowledge and skills in working with TRZ software (experience with Omex is an advantage)
• Excellent organization and responsibility
• Experience with a staff of over 200 employees
• Teamwork and communication with different departments

• Flexible start of the working day with working hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 17:00 or 9:00 – 18:00 (optional)
