Role Description

• This is a remote volunteer role for a Volunteer Program Director at Women Reform Organization.
• The Volunteer Program Director will be responsible for developing and implementing programs, managing volunteers, conducting training sessions, and strategic planning for various initiatives aimed at empowering African women.
• This position involves remote coordination and communication with volunteers and stakeholders.

• Strategic Planning abilities
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Experience in nonprofit or humanitarian organizations
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Passion for women’s empowerment and social impact
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (e.g., Social Sciences, International Relations)
